Industry City is a 6-million square foot, mixed-use complex of historic manufacturing buildings situated on thirty acres of waterfront in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Developed at the start of the 20th century as the world’s largest intermodal shipping and warehousing facility, today’s Industry City is home to a growing population of manufacturing and technology firms, designers, artists, artisans, and food producers, as well as a robust cultural and event scene that includes film screenings, art exhibitions, design shows, and more.
The historic Union Market district is now home to the unique, warehouse event venue, Dock 5. Featuring over 12,000 square feet, 22’ high ceilings and glass garage doors, the space exudes urban sophistication with the ability to extend into an outside dock and private alley. The venue is directly above the artisanal marketplace, Union Market, which houses over 30 of the top food producers in the region.

Join us for an afternoon of sipping and shopping with over 30 local vendors, 22 local craft beers on draft, and one delicious local food truck. Pop-Up Raleigh is downtown Raleigh’s original monthly vintage market. We offer vintage collectors and art lovers a place to shop and sip at Trophy Brewing & Taproom on Maywood Avenue. This beautiful building, near the NC State Farmer’s Market, has both indoor and outdoor spaces for tents, dress racks, tables and bins of unusual finds. Hungry? Our fabulous hosting partner, Trophy, will curate a wonderful parade of food trucks for each market, complimented by their tasty signature beers.
Closing out our holiday season, Tis the Season Around the World will also feature full street closures as we celebrate the holidays both near and far. In addition to similar fun and festivities from our opening party, Market Hall will feature music and food from from around the world as we celebrate all cultures!
Kicking off both the holiday season and the Blake Street Holiday Market, Christmas in City Market will feature full street closures as we turn back the clock and line our cobblestone streets with carolers, buskers, horse & carriage rides, character artists, hot cider/cocoa, dog portraits and a small tree farm to name a few. Within Market Hall, we will feature live holiday music ranging from folk/rock to a holiday choir to accompany the pop-up market.
This might be our favorite time of year! To celebrate everything that is fall, we are hosting a trunk show at our downtown Raleigh studio Thursday, October 6th! Come join us & cheers to the season!
