  • How do I return or exchange an item?

    Change your mind? No problem, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.

    Please email Steph@zassdesign.com to start your return. Due to the specific nature, custom work may not be returned. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

    All Sale items are final purchases. No returns or exchanges.

  • I received a faulty item.

    If an item you receive is faulty, please email Steph@zassdesign as soon as possible. Please include a photo.

  • Do you offer repairs service?

    Yes! Please send an email to Steph@zassdesigncom along with a picture of the jewelry you are looking to have repaired and your order number, some can advise further. Depending on when your piece has been purchased there may be a repairs charge for service.
